Bible School 1 Module 14: Prayer | Why should I pray and how do I pray?
In its basic definition, prayer is the act of speaking to God. Technically, prayer is an all-inclusive term of all the ways in which we address God. This includes worship and praise and all the ways that we make requests known to God (like petition and intercession). This module will focus specifically on petitionary prayer. We will look at two powerful prayers of petition from the Old Testament and the Lord’s Prayer.
