Lead Today Student Guide (OneHope)

Created in partnership with EQUIP, John Maxwell’s leadership foundation. Lead Today is a 15-week leadership course, made specifically for teenagers ages 13- 18 years old and focuses on 14 leadership qualities taught through the lens of Biblical examples and Maxwell’s leadership wisdom.

Program Outcomes:

• For teens to identify the qualities of a good leader.
• For teens to recognize ways Jesus exemplified being a servant
  leader.
• For teens to be able to evaluate themselves and their personal
  growth as leaders.
• For teens to begin practising leadership and developing their
  skills.

Program Length: 15 Weeks
Age: 13-18 Years Old
Program Implementation: Sunday school classroom, Youth Group or weekly Bible
club/meeting, School & After School Program
