- Arrival & Check In : 7 December 15h00-16h30, Leave & Check Out :10 December 09h30 (Own transport to and from Yellow Woods Camps & Conferences venue, +-40 minutes drive from Shofar George Christian Church)
- Food, Drinks, & Accommodation included for entire weekend. There is a tuck shop should you want anything extra.
